I was constantly being approached by developers that wanted to buy my home in Meridian. I talked to John and explained what the situation was and turned the sell of my house over to him. I told him what I would like the terms and price to be and he was able to get the developers to agree to what my wants were. During the entire process of selling and signing papers, John was always available to answer any questions I had and we were able to close without any hiccups. When I closed on my house, I gave John my want list for what I wanted in my new place. John found me a place that had everything I had on my want list and then some. He once again "took me by my hand" and walked me through the entire process of buying a new place. I hope I never need to move again, but if I do, John will be the first person I will call.
