I was selling a remote piece of land, with an intense slope and limited unpaved road access--very wooded, difficult to see the view because it was totally filled with mature trees. John Sams listed my property, walked the property and staked out the boundary lines with me, and then proceeded to market it widely. He followed up with all interested parties, and he even did his own research in terms of the cost of septic and utilities. It took quite a while to sell because of the cost involved with site prep and the roadway access, but John stayed on it and he sold the property. I could not be more pleased. John is an amicable, friendly good man and a thorough and professional realtor. I highly recommend him.

When I first listed with John, his excellent planning resulted in an offer the first day my property was on the market. John put together a dynamite photograph collection which I believe was instrumental in making the sale. He also provided almost daily assistance in my search for a new residence at a difficult time when many properties were being swooped up within hours of getting listed.

Have bought & sold several homes but never had a realtor as helpful, responsive and knowledgeable as John Sams. First time we called John was a Sunday night when we cancelled plans to look at homes on the coast due to a hurricane & he made himself available to show us some houses in Flat Rock the next day. He quickly “got” what we were looking for in a home and spent considerable time previewing possibilities for us & arranging viewings upon our return to NC from Fl. John was always available by phone and went above and beyond in providing services and local information helpful to long-distance buyers. He not only helped us buy a great house, he became our first friend in the area!

Mr John Sams. Well wow , all I can express is professional, with a home town flare.We met John Sams 2 years ago, trying to sell our Mothers house in Kennmure. Flat Rock NC. My sister and I had no idea what we were doing. John held our hand, and guided us through the process. Through thick and thin he was and has been there for us. And got the job done. House sold, but moreover John became a friend , not just a realtor , part of our family . Much respect my brother.
