I have been active in the Real Estate business since 1978. I started my Real Estate career in Indiana eventually operating my own company in the Indianapolis area as well as being the Veterans Administration management broker for 2 counties in Indiana. After Selling my company and moving to Phoenix, I worked with area developers in the Arizona and Western USA markets. In 1994, I moved to south Florida and started my own Real Estate and Property Management Company. I sold my company in 2004 and moved to The Villages where I am a multi million dollar producer, specializing in The Villages and surrounding areas. As a 10 year resident of the area, I am familiar with all the pros and cons of the community. I believe that you need someone who will look out for your best interests when purchasing a home.
I am married to Linda, my wonderful wife of 34 years. Together, we have 6 children and 14 grandchildren and we very much enjoy the Villages lifestyle. Along with the visits from the children and grandchildren, we also enjoy golf and our boat in Crystal River.
I belong to the Realtor Association of Lake and Sumter Counties and the Marion County Association of Realtors as well as the state and national associations of Realtors and believe in the professionalism of the business.
