My professional experience in finance and real estate has spanned over thirty five years; allowing me to see every possible type of market condition that one could experience both in the national investment markets and Michigan real estate markets. From over enthusiasm to abject fear; including market changes that included quickly falling market values and the lack of available mortgage credit that followed. In the ‘80’s, our Real Estate challenges occurred in the commercial markets and now, beginning in 2005/6 they are in a very real and personal market, those of our personal homes. As a professional Real Estate Agent Licensed since the middle '80's I am also one of the few individuals practicing in the Southeastern markets of Michigan (Livingston, Washtenaw, Oakland and Wayne counties) who have experienced these markets from the prospective of having been a been a banker, a licensed securities broker, a personal investment manager of a national securities firm as well as a personal investor in real estate, whether it is my personal home or investing in single family and smaller multifamily residences.
