John is a Midwest boy and spent most of his life in Moline, IL, by the Mississippi River. He attended Iowa University but took some time off to indulge in his passion for racing motorcycles. Eventually, he went back to school and received a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Most of John's work experience is in the chemical/industrial gas industry. Throughout his career, he held several positions in areas like Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Special Applications, Management, International Operations, and Training.
After years of hard work, John decided to retire. However, he wasn't ready to stop being of service. So, he got a Real Estate license and joined his wife in the residential business. John is certain that working in Real Estate is the most challenging yet rewarding job he has ever had. His motto is that every client is the CEO of their life, and their objectives are of utmost importance to them and their loved ones.
John is passionate about giving back to the community. That's why he became a volunteer mentor for SCORE, an organization of retired executives that offer consultation and mentorship on business issues.
