John Simmons is an amazing and focused realtor. He worked extremely hard to advise us on how to get my parent’s house ready for market. Once it was ready for market he continued to update us on the current seller’s market. Within a short time the house had a lot of interest and sold. He made the seller’s experience easier than expected. I would recommend John Simmons to anyone needing a realtor; whether they are buying or selling a property.

He is on top of things, follows through, is respectful and listens to what I want instead of pushing his own agenda and most of all he does the work and research to make sure I have the best buying and selling experience.
