We are John & Johnna Stephens (JandJon30A.com). We strive to help the beach house ownership process fun, meaningful, exciting, and most of all profitable. We know these steps are important because we have lived it. We bought our first investment property in 2010 right after the BP Oil Spill. Probably not the best timing but as it turned out it was perfect timing. We learned a lot about being a Vacay property owner and how to be successful at it. We were scared to death initially, but as it turned out it was the single best decision we’ve ever made. Every year our properties pay for themselves and have grown in equity as well as year of year rentals. We want to share what we know about the area, the vacation rental market and the do’s and don’ts of that process. We are here to help!
