John Stone

John is the co-founder of Nest Real Estate and energizes its sales momentum. Whether it’s meeting new clients, mentoring new broker associates or marketing his listings, John does everything full energy and efficiently. He breaks monthly records in cell phone minutes and coffee runs, causing the accountant to panic, but it ultimately leads to his clients getting the best deal as quickly as possible.

Determined to bring some sophistication to the real estate industry, John established the Bow Tie Club. Many a client has partaken in bow tie photoshoots post-closing, concluding that his Bow Tie Customer Service Pledge is truly first class. And although his clients do receive white glove care, he has found that bow ties are much easier to keep clean.

As a Center Grove graduate, John went on to Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs, where he put his state tennis title to use. With his degree program and almost a decade of experience in residential real estate, John has been consistently ranked for his sales numbers and is known around town for his customer service. He is married to his wife, Ashlea, and they enjoy golfing together, any and all outdoor activities and traveling to warmer destinations.
