John Strickland

John Strickland is a life long resident of Newnan, Ga. He has been active for over twenty years in the real estate industry serving in various capacities including; mortgage loan officer, land developer both residential and commercial, home builder, as well as a successful real estate agent.
As a developer of residential and commercial properties, John has taken numerous projects from raw land, working through all the governmental agency requirements, including but not limited to planning, zoning, and engineering to completion of subdivisions and commercial sites. With his impeccable attention to detail, John has assisted his clients from the purchase of land, construction projects, and even the mortgage process with great efficiency.
