John was absolutely wonderful. I am certain he is great for any buyer, but as a disabled veteran I don't think there is anyone else I would have rather been partnered with. John is extremely patient, responds quickly, and is a great teacher also. He is someone that wants you to understand every detail at every step of the process and never shies away from questions. John was amazing to work with! Due to covid, we did most of our real estate searching remotely and John consistently made us feel like we were right there with him. He painstakingly answered every one of our questions, would walk back and forth over Zoom with us tons of times, and was game to go to viewings all over the city with very short notice. When we finally fell in love with our condo, John’s steady hand was key to us putting in a winning offer… under asking! We couldn’t have done it without John and you’ll love working with him too.

John Strock is a fantastic and honorable individual to work with. Not only is he timely with responses, but he demonstrated a vested interest to ensure that my goals were reached, albeit exceeded. He often times worked into the late-evening to submit offers or finalize paperwork and was able to work with my schedule for showings. He not only provided me with insights into landing the property that I wanted, he was able to provide other resources, such as lenders, by facilitating an introductory conversation that would leave to having every base covered when it came time to submit an offer and ultimately close.

If it were not for John's tireless efforts, input, and knowhow, I would not have landed the property I did. I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, my peers to him because I know the level of commitment that he provides. His steadfast and honorable approach is refreshing in a time where honor is usually the first thing to go when trying to make a sale. When it comes time for me to sell my current place and move on to a new home, John will be my first and only call for representation.
