John Stroup

John is a Charlotte native and a full time Real Estate agent/Broker since 1996. He is licensed in both North and South Carolina.

Being an experienced agent, John has completed over 800 real estate transactions with Coldwell Banker and has been recognized in CB International President's Circle since 2001 for being one of the top producers.

If you plan to sell your house, you will be provided a market analysis showing what to expect for a sales price. John also provides a "Professional Home Stager" at no extra cost to help you prepare your house to get top dollar. If you are looking to purchase a house in any price range, he can help with that also.

John has also worked with landowners over the years and has had excellent results selling land. His background as a dairy farmer has been especially useful in working with both seller and buyers of raw land. He also assists investors.

John is always seeking to improve his knowledge of real estate and marketing options available for buyers and sellers and attend educational opportunities. He is also active in the Charlotte and North Carolina Realtor Associations.

On the personal side, John is an avid runner (competed in six marathons), a huge sports fan (an NC State Grad- "Go Pack!"), follows NBA and NFL teams, and enjoys golfing. Between John and his wife, they have eight children and 14 grandchildren whom they love spending time with.
