Prior to real estate, John co-founded Buda Juice, a local organic juice bar that he co-developed and brokered at 20+ retail locations across the state. Buda Juice has since expanded to wholesale grocery markets, found in many Central Market and H-E-B locations across Texas. Prior to Buda Juice, John co-franchised, operated, and developed the first Nekter Juice Bar franchises outside of California, owning rights to Texas and brokering and managing multiple locations in Dallas and Houston before selling to a private equity group.
A serial entrepreneur, John now has his sights set on expanding real estate capabilities across Texas, taking advantage of the state’s rising population, new and upcoming markets, and utilizing his proven background in buying and selling in the Austin and Dallas areas to maximize his client’s short and long-term investments.
