John Toler has been one of Topsail Island's top sales agents since joining Ward Realty’s sales team in March of 2003. He is a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. John served as a Director for the Topsail Island Association of Realtors from 2006- 2009, President in 2010 and Past-President in 2011. He was elected by his peers and colleagues as a testament to his professional skill, commitment, and dedication to Topsail Island.

John was asked and served on the Pender County Tourism Development Authority’s board of Directors from 2010 through 2014, helping protect and promote the interests of Topsail Island and surrounding areas. John and his wife, Pat, live in Surf City, and he enjoys fishing, golfing, and following his alma mater, the East Carolina Pirates, on the football field.
