I have lived in Whatcom County my whole life, and I am proud to call Lynden my home. Within 20 min-2 hours, I can be fishing on Nooksack river or the ocean, Skiing Mt. NW Washington Fair (which holds a lot of other events within itself) is hosted in Lynden, and attracts people from all around. Lynden also holds other events throughout the year like the Raspberry Festival, Winter lights & farmers day parade, fishing derby, and many others.
