John Vernon

Involved in all facets of real estate for twenty seven (27) years, John has specialized in residential construction and building services, commercial, and site and land brokerage.

He is a licensed contractor and has the CRB designation.
John is actively involved in the local community with youth sports as a soccer and baseball coach. He is married with three children (his daughter, Ashley is a licensed Realtor at Vernon Company). John and his family attend Trinity Presbyterian Church in Travelers Rest.

John chose Real Estate as a career because he enjoys working with people solving problems and enjoys the variety of tasks and challenges that Real Estate offers. Satisfied clients and establishing and continuing a reputation for professionalism and knowledge in the Upstate are John’s motivators.
