We arrived from Washington state and fortunately for us, called John to view a property he had listed. He was willing to meet us at the property that day. He answered all our questions. We ended up making an offer and he was excellent in representing both the seller and ourselves. He kept us informed throughout the process, provided us with all the numbers and information to transfer utilities. I recently had to deal with the sale of my deceased father's home in Yuma, while I'm on the other side of the continent, in Virginia.  I could not have picked a better agent to represent us than John Viken.  There were any number of complexities involved, including relatives ranging from Las Vegas to Kansas, all involved in various aspects of getting the property sold, and (of course) a deadline for the whole affair.

John was great - he kept us informed without flooding us with minutiae, he was responsive to any and all queries (we're talking hours here, not days), and he made sure that the decision points were clearly understood by everyone involved.  He stayed in touch via phone, text, and e-mails, and used online resources to help ensure that potential buyers and their agents knew about our listing.  He has local contacts in Yuma that address repair work, painting, regulatory hurdles, etc., with fair and reasonable rates.  We got our asking price within a matter of days, and John kept on top of everything for us, from start to finish.  He really earned his commission on this deal, and I cannot recommend him enough.

You're not going to find a better agent around, and I can promise that John is not going to let you down.  Let him give you the great service that he gave me and our family - I'm confident that you're going to be impressed with his top-notch, professional service!
