John Wareck

John C. Wareck started his career in real estate in 1997 running a portfolio of retail, office and light industrial buildings in the Greater New Haven, CT area. Mr. Wareck quickly expanded his business into commercial brokerage.

In 2004 he expanded into development with Wareck Real Estate, LLC and, among other projects, completed an award-winning mixed-use condo development called Johnson Simons in downtown New Haven. In addition he is now Managing Broker and co-owner of a commercial and residential realty firm Wareck D'Ostilio Real Estate, LLC. Mr Wareck won the Downtowner of the Year award in New Haven in 2007. He sits on the Board of Directors for All Our Kin and the Town Green Special Services District.
