John Watkins

John Watkins is the Owner/Broker Associate with a great company called Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange. He has been in the real estate business since 2005 & truly enjoys what he does. He is a proud native of Cheyenne & has lived here for the majority of his life. He is a partner of a top producing team, MVT Real Estate. John is a graduate of Laramie County Community College right here in Cheyenne. He was on the Rodeo Team there, & rode bulls for 9 years. He also graduated from the University Of Wyoming. He has a degree in Agriculture Business & Applied Economics. After graduating, he sold Futures & Options in Chicago and realized real quick the big city was not for him. He came back to Cheyenne & started his real estate career.

John has a wonderful wife who works at the Air Force Base in the Dental Clinic. They have two wonderful & rowdy little cowboys.
