John helped my 87yo Mother and I sell her 10.5 acre property when Mom had very low expectations. Mom was a snowbird. I live in Tampa. With the help of family we readied the house that had been in the family 40 years. He saw the potential and the great bones and recommended a higher listing price than we had hoped to get. We did take an offer in less than 3 weeks (he had guessed under 4 weeks to contract,) and it was under asking, but John BRILLIANTLY negotiated for us and the process was incredibly smooth. We will certainly recommend him in the future. All the best to you and your family, John, you have cheerleaders in Florida!
