John is a Florida native and enjoys living in Historic St Augustine and the opportunities it provides to enjoy a rather large extended family. He attended Florida State University and graduated in 1984 with a BS in Criminal Justice Systems. From there he worked in the corporate world relocating approximately every 18 months for 20 years, making his experiences unique when helping with relocations. He spent a year in Portugal teaching math to individuals who had not completed school, built greenhouses, and helped to create small manufacturing sites in developing communities. He spent a few months backpacking Europe when he left Portugal exploring museums and zoos.
He started his Real Estate career in 2005 in Chicago and after a few years of icy weather, decided to move back to Florida where it is warm! The main characteristic, through which he has built his professional sales career and reputation over the last 30 years, is Quality Service. Through his core principles, he has been able to grow a team to meet his customer’s needs. His Team services the following markets: Amelia Island, Jacksonville, St Augustine, Palm Coast, Volusia County, & Orlando Metro Area.
