I worked with John Williams to purchase my first house and it went better than I could have expected! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I had about a million questions throughout my search and the closing process and he was able to guide me through everything! He always made time to see new properties and I felt like I was a priority. If and when I move I hope to work with him again!

We had a great experience working with John Williams to sell our house. We were not expecting to sell right away as it was not a great time of year (12/22), but John knew the most favorable ways to stage, photograph, market the house, etc. Sold in two weeks! The guy really knows the Stark County market and was always on top of any communications and talking through any issues. Listing our house with John was a positive and satisfying experience.

John is THE BEST! With his many years experience as a Realtor, he’s pretty much experienced in the past whatever might come up in a real estate sale. Yet he has patience with his clients and guides them through every step of the journey! Our experience with John Williams and Re/MAX Edge realty was top notch in every respect. From beginning to end he carefully advised and guided us through each step of the process. In an effort to make things as safe as possible during the Covid era we opted for no “open house” showings. John provided a steady supply of qualified buyers and had a basket of sanitizer and shoe coverings at the front door. Our phone calls and/or emails were promptly answered, usually within the hour.
