I worked with John to purchase my current home in October 2013, and based on his expertise and personality during that transaction, I knew that I wanted him to help me sell my other home. In February 2014, I met John at the home I wanted to sell. Knowing that it was in desperate need of some fixing up, John walked through and made recommendations. He is very knowledgable and only recommended doing exactly what it would take to sell the home at the correct market value, nothing over the top. Not having a contractor in mind to perform the work, John recommended someone who had performed work in his own home. Four weeks later my house was freshly painted, had new carpeting and new beautiful tile flooring. We were ready to list. Within four days of listing, I had five offers at full asking price. Absolutely no flaws in John Williams performance as our agent. John not only worked tirelessly for us, but his expertise in the field is at a pinnacle. During our home purchase, the deal got hairy.
