John Storey Williamson is an experienced real estate professional specializing in the lease and sale of real estate throughout Chicago and its suburban communities.

Out of college, John’s real estate career began in health care property management where he helped manage a portfolio of eleven outpatient medical facilities. Amid sudden and difficult circumstances, John’s responsibilities rapidly expanded to a leadership role. John implemented a plan that played a key role in stabilizing the family-owned business and improving efficiency. John maximized occupancy by promoting available space to more health specialties, thereby increasing the value and yield of the property portfolio.

John’s experience in property management and interest in residential real estate led him to become a licensed broker. Initially working a boutique residential brokerage, John quickly developed a loyal clientele of buyers, renters, and investors. In 2022, John was attracted to Fulton Grace Realty by the tools available to support his clients. An Evanston native and lifelong resident of Chicago’s North Shore, John attended both public and private schools in Evanston and Winnetka. He is connected to many of the people and institutions that make it such a sought-after location. John resides in Evanston’s Lakeshore Historic District where he is patiently restoring a 112-year-old Arts and Crafts-style home. With his enthusiasm for classical architecture and design, he is keen on assisting buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors interested in historic and vintage properties.

When John is not enjoying all that Chicago and its suburbs have to offer, he can most frequently be found enjoying the seasonal sports and activities in Harbor Springs, Michigan. John is a German car enthusiast and is very passionate about Formula 1 motorsport. He is also a proud Chicago Cubs season ticket holder.
