The business started in 1992 when John Yoder lived in Ohio. He joined a leading real estate firm there but then warmer weather drew him to Florida in 2004. In Florida, he became a licensed and accredited real estate broker. The business expanded from there and is still going strong today.
John has been a real estate broker since 2004. He's been awarded the Million Dollar Club many times. As a graduate of the Missouri Auctioneer’s School and a licensed auctioneer in the State of Florida, he has assisted several clients through the auction method, as well as through traditional real estate listings and sales.
John’s buyers appreciate his intuitive understanding of what type of home or investment property they’re looking for. It helps them save time, energy, and money since they have someone they can trust with property transactions.
His listing clients take advantage of his solid market savvy and extensive buyer contacts to price their properties and find the right buyer quickly. He is also a member in good standing at the Florida Board of Realtors, the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee, the Stellar MLS, and the Florida Auctioneers Association.
When he’s not helping clients, he enjoys time on Florida’s inland lakes fishing for bass. John loves spending time with his family and friends.
