What John Zacharias loves most is helping to make people's real estate dreams come true. Whether a client is buying, selling, or renting property, every time he sees someone's face light up after a transaction has been made, it gives him joy to have had a part in a huge moment in their life. He prides himself on working around the clock to fulfill every client or customer's needs. His philosophy is to treat everyone the way he would want to be treated.

John was born and raised in Lewes, Delaware. His father was a contractor for over 35 years, so you could say that homes and properties are in his blood. Growing up at the beach and in a resort, town has given him the knowledge he needs and background to really see what people want in properties. From vacation homes to permanent residences, John Zacharias strives to use the knowledge he has gained his whole life to the service of everyone he works with.
