A lifelong resident of East Tennessee, Johnathan boasts nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, having served as a broker, agent, and auctioneer. His journey began as an Auctioneer at East Tennessee Development and Auction Company, where he honed his skills after completing programs at Mendenhall Auction School in North Carolina and Nashville Auction School in Tennessee.

Transitioning into the role of Principal Broker at TCI Group Jerry Petzolt Agency in Johnson City marked a significant chapter in Johnathan's career. After several rewarding years with TCI Group, he founded The Brokers Realty & Auction, Inc. in 2014, focusing on Commercial Real Estate & Auctions. Over time, Johnathan expanded the team to include five auctioneers and over a dozen top-notch residential agents in the area.
