John is respectful and polite...he broke things down into simple terms for me and not once laughed at all my silly questions!! If he didn't know the answer he found it out for me and was prompt in his responses. He sold my house in less than month and then helped me with property hunt for land to build. I highly recommend him!!

John helped us not only find the perfect forever home and land, he also sold ours as well!! He ALWAYS immediately returned my calls,text, and addressed any issue we had! He always made himself available around our schedule...We recommended him to several other people and will only use him if any other real estate needs arise for us.. we actually felt that he cared about us as people, not just a sale or commission..he is definitely not your typical "real estate agent".. he was always friendly, patient, genuine, and truthful with us!!! And believe me, I can be a not so patient person sometimes and may expect things to happen quicker than possible , however he never made us feel like he was not doing his best! Have dealt with many realtors in business, and can say he far exceeded the rest!!!!
