Johnny Cho is the principal broker of CPGI and began his real estate career in 2004 while working as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Los Angeles. During his time there he was responsible for over 25 million dollars in gross transactions. Upon leaving Coldwell Banker Commercial he felt that there was something missing in the real estate industry, which ironically is the heart of brokerage: Cooperation and Integrity. With this in mind CPGI was established to better service its valued clients and numerous partners.
