It’s very peaceful, and the schools are excellent,” says Realtor Linda Suk of Century 21, who has lived and worked in the area for decades. Located in northwest Orange County, Sunny Hills occupies the northeastern edge of the city, just south of the low, rangy slopes of the West Coyote Hills. Once home to lush groves of citrus trees, the area is now a classic suburb with plenty of picturesque parks, public schools and several institutions of higher education — Fullerton College and California State University, Fullerton.
