I have a very good experience with Johnny. He has been working really hard to get me the house of my dream. We spent a lot of time seeing several houses and he was always on time and have good explanations about property in his hand. He was able to get back all the earnest money that we deposit and I felt really safe when I was submitting these check because I was sure that I'll either buy a house or will have my money back. He did a very good job in communicating with different seller's agents about property, repairs that need to be done and all other associated issues. Because of the nature of my work I wasn't able to check emails as regularly as I would like to and Johnny was directly involved in communications between me, mortgage company and seller. He facilitate the whole process and make it possible for me to move to the new home. I can trust him and be sure that he's doing his best to help me. He has a great attitude and it was a pleasure to work with him. Unlike many other agents that I met, he really trying to get you the house you need, not just trying to make some profit on you. Our family is not from this area, and we were initially flying blind when we started looking for a home. We found Johnny through Zillow, and asked him about a handfull of homes we were interested in looking at. He listened very carefully to all our must-haves, and never pushed us outside our comfort zone. We would provide feedback, and Johnny adjusted accordingly each and every time with new/different homes to match our changing tastes. He even helped us find an electrician after the purchase was closed. He didn't need to do that for us, but he took the time out of his busy schedule to provide guidance and direction to find a trustworthy company to meet our needs. Johnny is a family man, and he made it a priority to take care of ours. I definitely recommend Johnny as an agent, and we still refer him months after we've closed on our home.
