JoiE went above and beyond to help us find our first home. We were recommended to her by a friend and upon meeting for the first time it, she already treated us like family. JoiE showed us exactly what we wanted all over Richmond, Chesterfield, Midlothian, and Henrico. She even helped us find the perfect loan officer and inspector. When it’s time to sell/rent out/buy again we know who to go to, and you should too!

JoiE Boykins is an extraordinary realtor! She went above and beyond her realtor duties while working with us to purchase our home. Even with being accessible during off office hours. She made sure we were knowledgeable about the process with educational meetings and keeping us to the timelines gave us amazing resources to keep the process smooth, researched the properties before showing, and continuously followed up to make sure we were on track. JoiE treated us like family,and made the home buying process smooth and easy. She really was a real joy to work with and is the best person to have on your side and as as a liaison between you and lenders. I would recommend JoiE to anyone looking to purchase a home.
