This was our second house that we bought with Jola but the journey did not end just yet. We hope when the time comes she will help us sell as well. She has been the best agent that we could ask for! Every time there was a property that got our interest Jola did everything necessary for us to see it when it was convenient for us. A lesson we have learned over years is to listen to your agent, she knows best! Of course as always we learned our lesson the hard way when after spending many years at first house our family grew and it was time to find better place for kids which was mentioned by Jola then ( at that point we were only thinking with our hearts not heads). At this point of time we trust the location is the final location for many years to come until it will be time to down size again. Jola and her team are the best you can get. We were able to close within 4 weeks from the offer. She stayed on top off all details. When needed bother us until things got done in timely manner. We would recommend Jolanta to anyone at anytime !!! :)

Hire Jolanta to be your realtor. I was given a recommendation from a coworker to hire Jola over 4 years ago and she helped me purchase my first place. She explained everything in great detail since I was a new homebuyer. She was patient, gave great advice and knew her stuff! Months after the sale, she followed up with me to ensure I applied for the homeowners exemption on taxes. I had no idea what this was or how to do it, but it saved me money! So appreciative for her continued guidance and friendship over the years. Now, 4 years later, she has sold my condo and the process couldn't have been faster or more smooth. Thanks to Jola and her team! Looking forward to hiring Jolanta again and encourage anyone looking for a realtor to do the same!

Jolanta is the best realtor we know. She is very diligent and thorough. Jolanta is someone that we completely trust when it comes to selling or buying a house. In fact, we have bought 2 houses and sold 1 house with her. All transactions have been more than exceptional. She is there for you throughout the entire process and always eager to help and give unsolicitated advice. Realtors like her are not easy to find. If you are in the process of looking to buy or sell a house, you have to give her a call! You will not be disappointed!
