Jolena spent the majority of her childhood growing up in Sandpoint after her parents relocated there from Southern California. She stayed busy playing competitive soccer, snowboarding, playing on the lake, and enjoying the vast amount of recreation the area had to offer.
After graduating from high school, she moved to Newport Beach, California. She soon realized a newfound appreciation for the scenic lifestyle she so often took for granted throughout the years. Although she loved the ocean, the lake, and the mountains were calling her home.
She moved back and found herself working as a Realtor assistant, which opened the door for her to pursue a career in Real Estate. She worked as the marketing director of Century 21, licensed assistant to multiple agents, office manager at a property management company, and as an independent agent since 2009. She has put her great wealth of experience in customer service, marketing, and property management to the test and continues to utilize those tools to aid in the development of relationships in the real estate community.
Being a professional in the real estate industry is a full-time, lifelong career and requires dedication and hard work. She strives to provide her clients with proper service by promptly returning phone calls and emails, routinely touching base with clients and prospects, following up on leads and showings, and remaining up to speed with current technology, education, and market trends.
She loves helping people achieve their real estate goals and looks forward to making long-lasting relationships along the way. These days she spends what free time she has with her family and friends enjoying the great outdoors, camping, paddle boarding, kayaking, biking, running, and anything else that keeps her fit and ready to tackle the next obstacle! She couldn't think of a better place in the world for her husband and her to raise their two children and take advantage of all life has to offer.
