About Jolene
Jolene’s real estate experience spans more than 20 years in real estate sales, feasibility and consulting for multifamily developers, master planned communities and destination resorts. From the inception of her real estate career, in 1984 she focused on the resale of in city condominiums and established herself as an expert in selling and feasibility consulting for multifamily developers in the Seattle market.
Due to a market correction in late 1990, Jolene refocused her career to bridge her resort experience and real estate career and transitioned to selling hotels, resorts and spas, and providing feasibility for various master planned communities, which combined condominium, time share, spas, golf course, marinas, and hospitality in a resort setting. Her career includes consultant services and brokering multi family and resort properties in Washington, British Columbia, Florida, California, Nevada, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Arizona, Costa Rica and Mexico. She has acted as the listing agent for various destination resort properties and provided feasibility consulting, assistance with obtaining final permits, financing, appraisal, designing and staging the model home and marketing through the brokerage community.
Jolene is an acknowledged expert in hotel/condo conversions, resort marketing and development, feasibility, entitlements, planning and forecasting, budgeting, and sales and marketing. She has engaged in and actively assisted in various hotel and medical spa and hotel time share condominium conversion projects, developed the conversion team, i.e. architect, engineers, space planners, interior designers and financing.
Jolene has also acted as a consultant for a commercial appraisal firm specializing in appraising condominiums, conversions and hotel properties.
Jolene is now licensed with Coldwell Banker Bain Associates in the Lake Union office and specializing in serving the real estate needs of the Magnolia and Queen Anne communities which she has lived and worked in for more than 20 years and enjoys golf, gourmet cooking and entertaining, travel, yoga, writing and the vibrant arts community that Seattle offers. She is also an active speaker and writer for various health and lifestyle publications.
