Since 1996, I’ve been immersed in the world of real estate, and I can honestly say it’s been the adventure of a lifetime. My journey started in Butte, Montana, where I worked as an office manager and got my first taste of the fast-paced, story-filled world of buying and selling homes. In 1997, I relocated to beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah, and continued pursuing what quickly became my true passion.
I joined Mansell & Associates as a marketing coordinator, and I absolutely loved diving into the behind-the-scenes magic of real estate marketing. The agents I worked with shared countless stories of negotiations, triumphs, and challenges—and those real-life experiences inspired me to take the next step.
Fueled by curiosity (and maybe a little caffeine), I obtained my Real Estate license and became a Licensed Transaction Coordinator. This role lit me up—I thrived while mastering the ins-and-outs of the purchase contract, representation agreements, and the many strategies involved in negotiations. Understanding these details didn’t just make me better at my job; it made me a trusted guide for clients and agents alike.
