We were extremely pleased in her negotiation skills and her ability to orchestrate a smooth and hassle-free closing. We also chose to list our existing property with her and she secured us a great selling price and an extremely quick closing - which is what we wanted since she found us our ideal home! 09/12/2014 - user50392488 Bought a home in 2014 in Palm Bay, FL 32907. My wife and contacted Jolene for one of the listings she had on the internet. Myself or my wife had very little experience i trying to buy a home. Jolene was very patient with us in explaining process and how we should go about looking for our new home. Jolene was available to us what felt like 24 hours a day and handled all of our questions and negotiations. When we finally decided on the home we want to purchase which took many showings and 3 months because we were very specific in what we wanted. Jolene hung in there with us until we made that decision. Once we started the process Jolene again was there with us every step of the way explaining in detail how things were going and assuring us when we needed it. I would highly recommend Jolene as your Realtor. If we every decide to sell and purchase another home Jolene will be my first phone call.

09/30/2014 - user7351955 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $350K in Malabar, FL. We were very pleased with Jolene and Scott during our house hunting. We were moving here from out of state and anything we needed they would help with. 09/09/2014 - zuser20140602123947162 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Palm Bay, FL. Our experience with Jolene in the purchase of of new home was excellent. She worked with us over a period of months to locate the home which we felt was for us. She answered our questions and worked diligently sending us pictures and information of home in our price range. She helped to find financing. Jolene was patient and understanding especially since we had to work from out of state and never saw the home until just before the closing.
