As a first time buyer, I am glad to have worked with Jolene to find my home. The market was not friendly to buyers, but that was no issue for her. Between sellers backing out and getting outbid numerous times, Jolene was patient and persistent. She was quick to respond whenever I inquired about a property and would provide all the details I could ever need aside from being there myself. We probably looked at 30+ houses before I went under contract on my home. Even while she was abroad being celebrated for her accomplishments, Jolene took care of the paperwork for my ultimately winning offer. Without question I would work with Jolene again. Her connections and knowledge are unparalleled.

I live out of state and Jolene was a consummate in-state representative on my behalf selling my property. She priced competitively and we received 6 offers in the first week. The offer I accepted was over asking and Jolene negotiated on my behalf to complete the transaction with no repairs on my part. She was attentive and responsive, leveraged great technology to make the process smoother, and connected me with an excellent real estate attorney to complete the transaction without having to fly to NY just to sign paperwork. I could not be more pleased with the way things went. 10/10 would recommend Jolene for any real estate transaction.

There really aren’t enough adjectives to describe how happy we are to have hired Jolene Morris to represent us in the sale of our home. I am a former realtor and I worked with Jolene at Howard Hanna for many years. After witnessing first hand how much she cared about her clients, her knowledge of the market and her professionalism, I knew that if I ever decided to sell my home and didn’t list it myself that she would be my first choice as an agent to represent my family in the sale of our home. Jolene presented an aggressive pricing and marketing plan for our home. She understood the current market conditions and recommended that we price our home slightly below market in order to drive the most interest in our property, she was not mistaken in her assessment. We had an offer within 24 hours of listing. Jolene recommended that we not stop showings and hold an open house that first weekend to leave room for a multiple offer situation. We had a total of 12 offers and sold our house for well over asking. Because she recommended an aggressive pricing strategy our home sold for well over other comparable homes. She accomplished this in an ever changing market with rising interest rates and decrease in buyer demand. Her knowledge is well worth the price of commission as is her professionalism during negotiations and the closing process. We highly recommend her and feel that whoever hires her is in very good hands.

I sold a property using Jolene as my listing agent and she was absolutely fantastic. Jolene was always responsive, super communicative and above all honest. I didn't have an expensive property but was always treated as if I owned a multi million dollar home.
The entire transaction went smoothly without a hitch - about two months time from listing to closing! If you're a seller- take her advice and recommendations - she knows what she's doing!

Jolene is dependable, has great communication skills, and is highly organized. As first time homebuyers in early 2022, we highly recommend working with Jolene! She took the time to map out the home buying process with key timeline goals. A months later and with only 2 showings, I was regretting my decision.

Coincidentally, Howard Hannah sent out mailers ad enticing their real estate agency and highlighting Ms. Jolene Morris. We reached out to Ms. Morris via a phone message. She called us back the same afternoon and from that initial greeting and throughout the nearly year long period during which our new home was under construction leading up to listing our family home and ending with its sale, Ms. Morris was consistently accessible, very knowledgeable, and supportive. Jolene helped us sell our old house and then with the purchase of our new house. She did such a phenomenal job of keeping us updated on during both transactions, and was extremely responsive to any and all questions that we had during the process. The purchase of our new house was brand new construction, so there were so many things we had never heard about or thought about, and she held our hands throughout the entire process.

After having dealt with other real estate agents (including the buyer's agent of our old home), I can not recommend Jolene enough. She was so easy to work with and we loved that she never left us hanging on questions or required us to follow back up on things.

As we embarked to sell our home, we did extensive research (homes they sold in the past year, familiar with the county, highly recommended by other Sellers, connections etc) for a Real Estate Seller’s agent. We down selected to 3 and reached out to them. Jolene, by far, was the most responsive and professional. She outlined a plan and strategy; gave realistic feedback as to what minor fixes needed to be completed before listing our home. Jolene also performed a proper market analysis to set a realistic selling price. As a team, we were able to list the home, secure offers and close within 60 days. As we have sold previous homes, this is pretty atypical but we feel that Jolene was a big factor! Jolene’s communication skills and responsiveness was very much appreciated; she responded to any of our questions quickly and obtained feedback from potential buyers after they toured our home. We would not hesitate for a minute to use Jolene again… A 12 out of 10 :-)
