She is very responsive whenever we have questions and listened to what we were looking for. She only showed us properties that matched what we were interested in buying and didn't push properties on us like other real estate agents have. First and foremost, Joloyce got the house sold above asking price. She came onboard during a very lengthy and difficult time (divorce) and led the way to get the house sold. She said she loves what she does and it shows in both attitude and performance. Once I was able to turn Joloyce loose on the job, the house situation was settled quickly with stellar results!
