With over 33 years of real estate experience, JoLynn Cafferty has built a trusted reputation for integrity, knowledge, and results in the western Twin Cities metro area.
Licensed in August 1992, JoLynn began her career with Edina Realty, where she spent 19 successful years in the Buffalo and Delano offices. In 2011, she joined Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW in Buffalo, continuing to serve clients with the same dedication and care. In October 2023, JoLynn transitioned to Lakes Area Realty, where she continues to help buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
Experience & Expertise
Before entering real estate, JoLynn developed a strong foundation in construction and design. She began her career at Littfin Lumber Company in Winsted and Automated Building Components, where she built roof and floor trusses, worked at the City Desk, and later advanced into truss design. She also attended St. Cloud Area Vocational Technical Institute for Architectural Drafting and Design.
In the early 1980s, JoLynn worked for a dredging company on Lake Minnetonka, managing the permitting process for dredging and shoreline improvements. She coordinated with the Minnehaha Watershed District, DNR, local municipalities, and property owners—an experience that deepened her understanding of lakeshore properties and continues to benefit her clients today.
Her construction background, attention to detail, and decades of experience in new construction and residential sales give her clients a competitive edge. JoLynn is a lifelong learner—constantly updating her skills and market knowledge to better serve those she works with.
Personal
JoLynn has been married to her husband, Alan, for 34 years. Together, they have three daughters and seven grandchildren. When she’s not assisting clients, JoLynn enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
