I am a second-generation media professional, retired photojournalist, student of bass guitar and motorsport enthusiast who for the past 15 years has been
investing in real estate.
I get my kicks examining and analyzing both residential and commercial investment properties for the purpose of acquisition and market preparation for
cash flow income, appreciation and profit. I engage and oversee contractor services, negotiate contracts, purchases, rentals and sales with an impressive closing
rate. As I develop proficiencies toward the triple-net asset class, I am currently building a portfolio of both residential rental and commercial properties.
