I'm the former Mayor of Fountain Hills, AZ and most recently a candidate for the Chandler City Council. I have served as President of our HOA for 15 years. Graduated Magna Cum Laude from The American University in Washington, D.C in 1975 with a Master's Degree in Public Administration. I moved to Arizona in 1978.
