Jon Brouse

Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Jon is enthusiastic about the diverse and unique neighborhoods enjoyed in this region. What attracted him to real estate was the opportunity to guide people through the biggest financial transaction and decision of their lives. Many satisfied clients later, he remains just as excited about providing great service and seeing smiling faces at the settlement table. With a background in the performing arts, both as a booking agent and a singer-songwriter, Jon brings the utmost mindfulness and creativity to every stage of the buying and selling process. He studied Political Science at The George Washington University, and have called several cities throughout the U.S. home, including Tucson, New York, and Philadelphia. He joined Better Real Estate because they continually strive to improve the home buying process by leveraging the latest technology and innovation. As an agent, his goal is to exceed his clients’ expectations, not only facilitating successful transactions but enjoyable ones as well. When Jon is not with clients, you will find him hitting the running trails in Valley Forge or Wissahickon Park, working on his latest soon-to-be hit song, or relaxing at the Jersey Shore.
