Originally Licensed in October 30th, 1991, I, Jon R. Carroll, have been practicing Real estate for over 25 Years. A Minnesota native, I began my professional career with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing Management from the University of St Thomas. I moved to Florida in 1997 to aggressively pursue the real estate market, and passed my broker exam in 2003. I began operating Peace Property Inc. in January 1st, 2004 as a licensed Real Estate Broker. While playing an active role in the market, I have also operated as a board member, and former president, of the Indian River Drive Neighborhood Association. My brokerage operates mainly by referral and word of mouth, and customer satisfaction is extremely important.
