Jon was the founder and president of Diversified Development Services LLC, a Phoenix-based consulting firm focused on solutions-based services within the real estate development, leasing, design, and construction communities. His industry and client experience includes commercial, retail, residential, and land development organizations via his involvement in the acquisition, entitlement, design, development, construction, leasing, and disposition of projects ranging from 1/2-acre to well over 9,000-acres located domestically and internationally. Jon maintains a hands-on approach in all levels and types of developments that makes him a unique member to any team or project.
