It was great to work with Jon to recently sell a duplex. He actually brought a buyer to us BEFORE even putting the property on the market and we were able to quickly sell the property. With a tight turnaround before closing he recommended a lawyer who did an outstanding job for us and a contractor who was able to make some needed repairs in a very timely manner before closing. And as you may know finding a good contractor who is available quickly is very difficult right now. We did all of our paperwork online which was very convenient.
