Jon Herms

I grew up around real estate in Lincoln, NE. For over 26 years I've watched buyers and sellers talk about their troubles and I've watched my dad come up with creative solutions to help them. I knew I had what it took to help people buy and sell their home but I wanted to gain some other experiences before entering into a career. I went to UNL, SCC, and Larabee School of Real Estate. I worked for a home theater company and two Fortune 1000 corporations. I realized that following in my father's footsteps was probably the right idea. I was made for it. I work quickly, efficiently, and I have high standards for accountability. My clients appreciate that I don't waste their time. They appreciate that I'm always looking out for their best interests and not my own. I have always said that bad business is bad business. My pay is directly proportional to my client's satisfaction and it's important that I and other self-employed professionals never forget that.
