About Jon
In 2002 Jon went to work for Myer Hotels and managed the Best Western Center Point Inn in Branson until June of 2008 when he became a REALTOR and joined Gerken & Associates. Having a great deal of expertise in the hospitality industry he gravitated toward hospitality sales, while also excelling at the condo and residential market in the area. Jon has been active with the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS, serving on multiple committees and as the President of the Board in 2014. Jon has also served as a Director for the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORS and as a State Director for Missouri REALTORS for several years. Jon became a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) in 2014 and a Missouri Real Estate Broker in 2015.
In 2023 Jon was joined by his wife Veronica at Gerken & Associates after she retired from teaching at Branson High School. In May of 2024, Jon & Veronica, along with their business partner Brent Sager, opened RE/MAX SHOWTIME in downtown Branson. Jon is the managing Broker of the office and continues to serve clients in the Tri-Lakes Area. His expertise and knowledge in the Tri-Lakes area is invaluable, plus he’s just a great guy.
