Jon and his team are true professionals.

We recently moved from the mainland, and viewed multiple properties with Jon before finding our perfect home.

The team is very familiar with VA loans and different processes of loans.

The company hosts its own app, that often has more current photos of many properties than Zillow.

The company also has a great property management side of the house.

If anyone is moving up to the area I would definitely recommend Majors Realty.

Couldn't ask for a better experience! As a first time home buyer and as someone who lived halfway across the world during the whole process, Jon made the entire transaction seamless. With his expertise, he was very transparent on what to lookout for and avoid and narrowed my search down to what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions and was easy to stay in contact with, even with an 11 hour time difference. Best of all, he stepped in and helped pay a good portion of an unexpected closing fee. I HIGHLY recommend working with Majors Realty in the Fairbanks/Northpole AK area.

To be quite honest, I’m not too sure how Jon Majors and his team were pointed to us- but I’m glad he was the one to help us out. My wife & I were first time home buyers, Jon made it very easy for us to purchase a home in Alaska even though we were located in Washington! He has answered all of our questions (still answering our questions even though we closed lol) & has great communication. Jon has all the right resources as well which was amazing!!! Anyone who may not know, buying a home in Alaska can be a daunting task with the many little nuances that Alaska living brings when compared to anywhere in the lower 48...
Jon not only made us feel confident about our purchase, but ensured we were confident about our future life in Alaska and we're setup for success.
He went out of his way to set us up with top-tier agencies, businesses, and utilities necessary for settling in at our new home.
Jon was also on point with keeping everything on track with any timeline that was established. He kept us informed frequently and routinely.

After firing our first Realtor due to lack of communication we were referred to Jon Majors. Right off the bat Jon made us feel like a priority even though we were still months away from getting serious about finding a house. Jon was always quick to respond to our questions or finding us info on a house. He was extremely accommodating with our situation (me in Korea and the Wife in Nevada). We also loved how straight forward Jon was, he never tried to blow smoke. Being first time home buyers, Jon was very patient and thorough with explaining everything from inspections to all the documents. He definitely helped eleviate the stress of PCSing and buying a home. We are extremely thankful to Jon and his team for getting us into a home as quickly as possible especially given the housing situation here.

After living in Fairbanks for a year, my wife and I decided it was good for us to buy a house. I reached out to Jon in June and by September we were in a home. Working with Jon was great, I never felt like our communication was overbearing when I had just begun to reach out, but when things began to pick up and we were looking at houses every other week, Jon was always responsive. Anytime I asked about a place his first reply was always to find a time we could look at it within the week.

While finishing our closing process with Jon, he made sure to answer every new home owner question we had. He also went to bat for us against the sellers attempting to avoid fulfilling their responsibility when complications came up during the last days of finalization.

The team at Majors was consistent and professional throughout. Any outside needs i.e. loan officer, insurance, etc they recommended also yielded great results.
