He brings an informed and consultative approach to every transaction and is an expert in negotiation and pricing, which has resulted in his clients receiving top dollar for their homes. Having been involved in the development, building, and renovation of more than three-dozen properties, Jon is uniquely qualified to guide clients through local real estate issues, such as historic considerations, zoning restrictions, and building costs. This local expertise and vast market knowledge is greatly enhanced by his wife and business partner, Cara-one of Coronado's most creative and influential home and interior designers. Cara contributes to many of Jon's transactions, providing his clients with invaluable insights into how best to prepare a home to gain the most value in a sale or evaluating opportunities for improving a home after purchase. Always advocating for clients, Jon often speaks before the Coronado City Council on issues impacting real estate and development. Jon and his wife have raised four children and have had the opportunity to serve as foster parents to many others.
