Amazing service from Liz. We had only 1 day left to pull our deposit back from a home with roof needing replacement. Buying house for an investment or holiday (by non American residents) in Florida is not always the easiest of journeys. We've decided to buy properties in Orlando as it is great way to invest money long term but we probably didn't predict how many problems can occur on the way. This could include opening a US bank account, dealing with contractors and the constant delays everywhere. The only good thing about the process of buying properties in Florida was working with JC Penny realtors. So far we bought 3 properties in Orlando and 2 of them were with JCPenny. I would recommend this company to anyone but especially our realtor Dave Findlay. Dave deserves special thanks from us for everything that he has done and helped us with. Dave was the only person in US that never let us down and we could count on him in every situation, even if it wasn't part of his duties as a realtor. He went an extra mile and beyond. We can’t thank Jon and Deb enough for the time and effort that they have devoted to our search and making our dream a reality.
From our initial meeting at the Place in the Home exhibition at Olympia, London in 2017, to our escorted property search last September and our closing in June 2018.

Worked with Tracey Hayes to find a Florida home. Whole experience was brilliant, even before we left the UK Tracey was there helping us. Tracey was so attentive and honed in on exactly what we wanted, nothing was ever too much whatever we asked. She got us looking outside the box which made us make good decisions but was not pushy in any way. Wish the same could be said for UK realtors! USAs gain is definitely the UKs loss. Many thanks and we cannot recommend her enough!
